1. Company Information

Apex Hypercars is a trading name of ARK 29 LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales. Registered office address: Sterling House, 71 Francis Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, United Kingdom, B16 8SP.

By using our website and services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Apex Hypercars provides hypercar hire for events including, but not limited to, proms, film shoots, music videos, photoshoots, and corporate events. All vehicles are provided with a professional driver. Customers do not drive the vehicles.

Our fleet includes the Lamborghini Revuelto, Lamborghini SVJ, and Rolls Royce Cullinan. Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

3. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us via email. Submitting a booking request through our website does not guarantee availability.

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are provided on a per-enquiry basis (POA). A quote will be provided after you submit a booking request.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event date, as specified in your booking confirmation.
• Payment can be made via bank transfer or through our secure payment link.

5. Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: deposit is non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future booking at our discretion.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event: the full booking amount is non-refundable.
• If we need to cancel for any reason (mechanical issues, extreme weather, etc.), we will offer a full refund or an alternative date.

6. Vehicle Care and Conduct

Our vehicles are high-value assets. By booking with us, you agree to the following:

• No smoking in or near the vehicles
• No food or drink inside the vehicles
• No standing or sitting on the vehicles
• Treat all vehicles with care and respect
• Follow all instructions given by the driver

Any damage caused to the vehicle during the hire period will be the responsibility of the customer. Repair costs will be invoiced accordingly.

7. Timekeeping

We will arrive at the agreed location at the agreed time. If delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, road closures, etc.), we will communicate with you as soon as possible.

If we are unable to reach the agreed location due to access issues (narrow roads, restricted areas, etc.), the booking will still be considered fulfilled if the vehicle is presented at the nearest accessible location.

8. Photography and Media

By booking with us, you grant Apex Hypercars permission to use any photographs or videos taken during the hire for promotional purposes on our website and social media, unless you notify us in writing before the event that you do not wish this to happen.

9. Liability

Apex Hypercars (ARK 29 LIMITED) accepts no liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.

We are fully insured for all vehicles in our fleet. However, we accept no responsibility for the actions of third parties at your event.

10. Website Use

The content on this website is for general information purposes only. While we make every effort to keep the information accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees about the completeness or accuracy of the content.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
